Overview
My background starts earlier than my resume does. I grew up in five different cities before I turned eighteen, which gave me a front-row seat to how differently people experience life. Seeing that up close is what pulled me toward communications. Done right, a story gets people to see themselves, recognize each other, or explore something new.
In practice, that means I spend a lot of time listening before I make anything. The work I'm proudest of started with a real conversation. A customer explaining how they actually run their kitchen. A stakeholder telling me what they'd want to see. Performance data pointing at an angle I hadn't considered. Then I go make something of it, which is the part below. Go have a look!
